Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window on all unused and unworn pieces—no questions asked.
Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quick quality check before initiating your refund.

Please note:
- Products purchased from platforms other than the Ashiara website will follow the respective platform’s return policies.
- Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
In case of discrepancies in return shipments (for example, missing items), Ashiara reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This also applies to any promotional or complimentary items.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
- Refunds are processed strictly based on the original invoice value.
- Any price changes after purchase will not be considered while calculating refunds.
Replacement & Exchange
You can opt for a replacement or exchange based on your preference.
- The process and conditions remain the same as returns.
- Replacement products are dispatched only after the returned item is received and approved.
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply write to us at careashiara@gmail.com.
Once your request is placed:
- Please ensure availability for the reverse pick-up.
- Kindly respond to calls from the delivery partner to avoid cancellations.
If a pick-up attempt fails due to unavailability, the return request will need to be re-initiated, which may extend timelines.
Shipping & Serviceability
While most pin codes are serviceable for both delivery and returns, a few may only support forward shipping.
In such cases:
- You may be required to ship the product via a trusted courier (e.g., India Post).
- We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70.
Any shipping costs exceeding ₹70 will be adjusted against your refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Orders
In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, missing item, or empty parcel:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A 360° unboxing video will be required for verification.
Claims without sufficient evidence or with visible signs of tampering may not be accepted. In all such cases, Ashiara reserves the right to make the final decision.
